*How it works. The candidate referred must not have been in direct contact with Rec2Rec Search / Permanent Personnel Ltd in the previous 36 month period. You must provide the referred candidates name and telephone number OR the candidate must give your name upon getting into contact. We will advise you once the referred candidate has started their new role. In order for the referral to be valid the client has to have settled the invoice. The candidate must be out of the rebate period (this can vary).
